Set goals that are realistic and achievable, yet aspirational – allow yourself to dream big!
Keep your goals simple, clear, positive and realistic. Use active verbs and positive language when writing down your goals.
Visualise the results you want to achieve. Paint a picture in your mind’s eye, imagining yourself achieving these goals.
